[O'Neills] is a true restaurant and pub in the classic sense, not some confused sports bar with a shamrock or two in the o’window. The bartenders can pour a Guinness with a head thick enough to think invading Iran’s a good idea, the kitchen offers not one, not two, but three different pies (Shepherd’s, Beef & Guinness and Fisherman’s) and it may be the only respectable watering hole where you can throw steel-tipped darts while munching on golden fried brie. When you need an escape hatch from the overheated SoNo club scene, can’t go o’wrong at O’Neill’s.”
