The starters consist of a selection of charcuterie, cheeses and a mixed green salad. The entrees are thin-crusted pizzas with a choice of seven toppings. Add $1 for each extra ingredient until you reach three or more items, and then the 13-inch pie tops out at a flat $12.

The salad is not the usual pizza parlor salad, either. It is a delicious (though undersalted) medley of well-dressed greens — mizuna, arugula, tat soi, red oak, baby spinach, red mustard and the like — with a light olive oil-balsamic dressing. ”
